Since the food & beverage industry is so relationship-driven, gifting was a large part of our customer and lead engagement strategy. I worked with BOXFOX on multiple themed gift boxes for our large product and feature releases. The goal of the boxes were to spark interest in the features, reengage lapsed sales conversations, and build customer relationships.
This box was sent to customers and prospects to celebrate our launch of BevSpot Food. The items in the box were hand-selected for both quality, as well as their nod to our new focus on food programs. Included in the box was a copy of the Drunken Cookbook, Sriracha sauce, a dish towel, wine opener, and crackers. The link in the postcard directed to a landing page we set up to give the recipient more information about the new product, as well as capture lead information pre-launch. These boxes were a huge hit with many of our customers and led to reengagements and activations for the sales team.
This box was sent to customers to celebrate the launch of our redesigned inventory experience within the product. The main value prop for the feature was that the improved user experience would make their inventory process even faster, giving them more time to do things they enjoyed. We chose a theme of “binge-watching” and focused all the items in the box around it, including a binge-watching survival kit, spiced nuts for snacking, chocolate for the sweet tooth, and coasters for beverages. We received many words of ‘thanks’ for the boxes from our customers.
